Dilek SARPKAYA GÜDER was born in 1985 in Northern Cyprus. She completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Northern Cyprus.
She graduated from Hacettepe University School of Nursing in 2007. After working as a nurse in a private hospital for one year, she began working as a research assistant at Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences.
In 2010, she completed her Master’s degree in the Department of Nursing, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, at the Institute of Health Sciences of Near East University. In 2018, she earned her Ph.D. in the same program.

Dr. Uma Senthilkumar is a US double board-certified physician in Family Medicine, with fellowships in Lifestyle Medicine and Integrative Medicine, and over 25 years of clinical experience across four countries including extensive practice in the United States. She also holds a medical degree in Eastern Medicine (AYUSH), is SCOPE certified in Obesity Management, and trained in Functional and Longevity Medicine.

A pioneer in integrative and preventive health, Dr. Uma has led the development of innovative longevity care models that bridge modern diagnostics with evidence-based traditional wisdom. As former Medical Director at the Institute for Healthier Living in Abu Dhabi, she collaborated with the Department of Health(DOH) Abu Dhabi to establish the first facility standards and scope for longevity medicine in the region.

Dr. Vusal Pirverdiyev received his medical degree after completing his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He then completed his urology residency at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital, earning the title of specialist urologist-andrologist.
