We are proud and excited to invite you to the 2nd LOWED International Congress on Longevity, Regenerative Therapies and Supplements, which we will organize between 14-16 November 2025, in the charming atmosphere of Istanbul at the Wyndham Grand Levent Hotel. - Registration fees do not include taxes, 20% VAT will be added.
- Registration fees include name badge, participation in the scientific program, congress bag, congress abstract book, participation certificate, entrance to the congress stand area, coffee breaks and lunches during the congress.
- Your registration will be finalized by depositing the fees to the relevant accounts and sending the receipts to Figure Congress via e-mail ([email protected] ).
- In order to pay by credit card, you need to fill in the Mail-Order form that will be sent by the organization secretariat. Figür Congress reserves the right to reflect the changes in the possible tax, fee and duty amounts to the prices. Registrations made until August 31, 2025 will be accepted as early registration if payments are completed.
RETURN & CANCELLATION TERMS
- Cancellation requests must be notified in writing via e-mail ([email protected] ) until March 31, 2025. Cancellation requests not notified in writing will not be taken into consideration.
- If cancellation requests are notified until March 31, 2025, 50% will be refunded.
- No refund will be made if cancellation requests are notified after March 31, 2025. Name changes can be made after this date.
- All refunds will be made after the end of the congress within the framework of the specified conditions.

Abstract Submission
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES
Abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission system. Abstracts not submitted through the system will not be accepted. Accepted abstracts must be error-free as they will be printed as submitted.
Rules to be Considered for Abstract Submission
- Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract system.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- Names should be written in lower case with only the first letter capitalized.
- The name and address of the institutions where the authors work must be written.
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exempt.)
- If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be indicated in parentheses.
- In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
- The entire abstract should not exceed 500 words, excluding the title, author's name and surname.
- Any abstract that is not prepared with these principles will not be evaluated regardless of its content.

Assessment of Papers
All abstracts will be assessed online by the Paper Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. After the assessment of the abstracts, acceptance letters will be sent to the authors by e-mail.
